 Joists. Mounting the joists between the beams was the next phase in the deck construction. This project was made very easy by designing the deck to use lumber of standard dimensions, so the 20' beams remained 20' and the 8' joists remained 8'. No scissors required! |
 Levelling. Of course, it all had to be levelled before the deck went down. |
 Deck Furniture. Sheryl couldn't wait to try out the new deck furniture. No railing yet, and the deck planks haven't even been spaced or fastened, but she wants to see how the furniture will look. |
